  • We do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order.
  • You are allowed a full refund of items that were purchased at full price, orders that are placed with any short of discount are only refundable if there is a manufacture or damaged product, however we do allow for exchanges and store credit. 

 

Pertaining to Orders:

  • Earn Your Sleep software does not allow us to make manual adjustments to purchases that were made on our website. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed. Due to a high demand of orders we do our best to ensure that your are 100% satisfied with your purchase
  • As a customers you are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address as well as the correct apartment number, etc. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed while completing your order is accurate and the confirmation email is correct.
  • Earn Your Sleep is not responsible for any unfortunate situations that may occur once the items are left from our warehouse. Situations may be misplaced, lost or stolen packages. However, we do our best to assist all concerns pertaining to these events. 
  • All concerns will be reviewed by our claims department. Each case will be reviewed and it can take up to 2 weeks to process and come to a final verdict.
Shipping:
  • Orders are shipped to the shipping address that you have provided to us. It is up to you to make sure the address is accurate, or if you plan on moving please update the shipping information.
  • Earn Your Sleep is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.
  • All returned packages due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email. Customers have 48-72 hours to respond, failure to reply within this time frame will automatically result in order cancellation and will deem the case as closed.
  • Customer’s funds will be transferred to store credit.
  • More than one order cannot be combined
Domestic orders/shipping 
  • Due to a high demand of orders shipping may take 13-18 business days after date of fulfillment. This is taking into consideration that the postal service send things out accurately. 
  • Expected delivery dates may vary during High volume sales times, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.
  • Deliveries will also change when we have sale's.  
International orders/shipping 
  • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
  • Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
  • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
  • Orders are generally received within 13-18 business days
  • Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.

 

Returns/Exchanges

  • Items purchased from us may be returned for store credit except for the $10 initial shipping charge. All return requests must submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed. We will not issue any refunds on returned products.
  • All exchanges must be for the same product in a different size.
  • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If your item is defective, we will waive your initial shipping charge and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
  • Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
  • We are not able to accept returns of products that were not purchased directly through our website for any reason. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.
  • All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through us. Outside retailers will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.

Sales
  • We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.
